About RJC Planning Group

Richard Cazzell is the firm’s principal.  He received a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Arkansas in 1974, and immediately entered the life insurance business. He started the RJC Planning Group in 1994.

Armed with the tremendous resources available through NFP, Richard is able to accomodate client needs in all areas of life insurance planning and employee benefit plans. His professional designations include Chartered Life Underwriter, and Chartered Financial Consultant.  Richard offers investment and advisory services through NFP Securities, Inc.

He and his wife, Kathy, have five children and reside in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Cathy Hicks has been the office administrator for the firm since its inception in 1994.  She manages new business processing, as well as client service relations.  Cathy holds a BSBA in Office Administration from Southwest Texas State University.  She and her husband, Rick, reside in Greenwood, Arkansas.
